A computer or telephone is all that is required for a telehealth consultation.

A state medical card is an official document that allows you legal access in your state. We can assist you in obtaining one through our care plan, which includes the
necessary evaluation and application process.

A Lumir Care Plan is a personalized guide to your natural medicine journey. It is a single ‘map’ with all the necessary details to confidently start your treatment journey. It contains the clinician’s report, guidance on obtaining medical cards in your state, medications offered for your consideration, locations of nearby dispensaries and next steps.

The Lumir U Coaching Program is an optional 12-month coaching program designed to provide ongoing support and guidance throughout your medical cannabis journey. It’s available as an add-on to either of our Lumir Care Bundles. It provides three consultations and is designed to fine tune your Care Plan and support you across the year.

Lumir Care Coaches are Registered Nurses who have specialist knowledge of plant medicine and access to Lumir Clinic’s understanding and resources around state laws, eligibility and availability.

They can answer your questions to help determine the Care Plan that’s right for you. They will finalize your Lumir Care Plan following a consultation and talk you through it to build your confidence.

The Care Coach will also provide a six-week check in following your Care Plan consultation to understand your progress and assist with any questions.
