A computer or telephone is all that is required for a telehealth consultation.
What is a state medical card, and how do I get one?
A state medical card is an official document that allows you legal access in your state. We can assist you in obtaining one through our care plan, which includes the
necessary evaluation and application process.
What is the cost of your services?

This is the plan if you are starting out or if you need to renew your medical card.
