Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing products and services from us and/or our vendors, you are taking the first step in trying high quality CBD. You are demonstrating that you understand that these products are not a magic pill or cure-all and you are trying it at your own risk. We make no medical claims or promises. We can not be responsible for how you use the product and the results. We can only assure you that you are getting exactly what our we/our vendors claim to sell.
RETURNS

All sales are final. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, due to the nature of our products that are made for human consumption, there will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges.  If a bottle arrives broken or damaged, please contact [email protected] and we’ll address issues on a case-by-case basis.

Patient & Professional Programs
All educational program purchases are non refundable.
Nurse Consultations
All consultations are partially refundable within 3 days of booking an appointment with cause. All cases will be reviewed by the Executive Team at Lumir Clinic. To initiate a refund: email us at [email protected] with the details or through our Contact page and we will evaluate your request. Your credit will be refunded to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Booking Policy
  • No show: A patient is considered a no show once 50% of the scheduled appointment has elapsed (rounded up to the nearest minute) = Forfeit appointment / no refund / no reschedule.
  • Late arrival: A patient who arrives within the first 50% of their scheduled appointment time is considered a late arrival. If the Nurse/Dr taking that appointment has capacity, the member can receive the full intended duration of the appointment type – however the policy will be that late arrivals forfeit the portion of the meeting that was missed between scheduled time and arrival.
  • Reschedule: A patient can reschedule their appointment at any time, however we kindly request this occurs no later than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment – there is no limit on reschedules and no fee for this.
  • Appointment Cancellation: A patient can cancel their appointment at any time, however we kindly request this occurs no later than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment – there is no limit on cancellations however no refunds are available for unused sessions within the product purchase.
