Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, due to the nature of our products that are made for human consumption, there will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges. If a bottle arrives broken or damaged, please contact [email protected] and we’ll address issues on a case-by-case basis.
Patient & Professional Programs
- No show: A patient is considered a no show once 50% of the scheduled appointment has elapsed (rounded up to the nearest minute) = Forfeit appointment / no refund / no reschedule.
- Late arrival: A patient who arrives within the first 50% of their scheduled appointment time is considered a late arrival. If the Nurse/Dr taking that appointment has capacity, the member can receive the full intended duration of the appointment type – however the policy will be that late arrivals forfeit the portion of the meeting that was missed between scheduled time and arrival.
- Reschedule: A patient can reschedule their appointment at any time, however we kindly request this occurs no later than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment – there is no limit on reschedules and no fee for this.
- Appointment Cancellation: A patient can cancel their appointment at any time, however we kindly request this occurs no later than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment – there is no limit on cancellations however no refunds are available for unused sessions within the product purchase.
